How do I get the Java Plug-in required to use the Secure FTP site?
Go to www.Java.com and you will get a box that asks if You want to install and run the Java Plug-in. Once installed you should now be able to use the Secure FTP Up-Load Server.
How can I log in directly to the transfer server?
Just log in directly using http://mailsolutionsusa.ftptoday.com

Do we need to encrypt our files before we send them to Mail Solutions?
Your files do not have to be encrypted before you send them to us. They will be encrypted while they are being uploaded to us automatically.

This saves our clients time and money. You don't have to purchase encryption software or secure certificates. We provide a free browser based Java Applet that will encrypt your files as they are transfered to our server.

You can however encrypt your files for an extra level of security. If you elect to do this, please coordinate this with us, so that we will be able to un-encrypt your files after we receive them.
What level of encryption does Mail Solutions use?
Mail Solutions currently uses 128-bit transfer encryption. We support the following encryptions methods:

• FTP over HTTPS (SSL)
• FTPS (SSL).
